The History repeat itself, Comes Super Street Fighter IV

To all SF fan out there: Do you remember all the different version of Street Fighter 2?.

Capcom has comfirmed that this would be a standalone title, not an expansion. There are eight new characters, three has been announce: T Hawk, Dee Jay, and a new character named Juri. So, the name would be “Super Street Fighter IV”. My question here is where is turbo and championship?
