Band Hero DS

For all of those who like to keep up with newer tech trends and upgrade their current technologies frequently, Activision would like to whole heartedly give DSi owners the finger.

It’s just more of the same really. Same meh game-play from previous Guitar Hero DS titles and even the same GBA slot peripheral. Yes, Gameboy Advance slot peripheral meaning DSi users are once again out of luck. Activision did include a rubber sleeve for the bottom 1/2 of a DS to convert the bottom controller buttons so so rubber drum pad could be used to play the drum portions of the game. The thing is the sleeve will only fit the DS lite. You can still play the drum portions of the game on a DSi but still… lame.

If you haven’t picked up previous installments of this series on the DS and are “REALLY” wanting a portable rhythm game then this is the one to get. Over all the controls are ever so slightly tighter this time around. However these games are far superior in their console versions.
